1. The consignee in China pays the RMB to our company according to the relevant contract with the manufacturer/exporter overseas and we will conduct international settlement.
2. As an importer, VP Gallery(Shanghai) LTD. can provide the service such as overseas pick-up, international logistics, importing clearance agency, tariff payment on behalf and delivery.
3. We will arrange customs declaration upon the arrival of the goods. Customers will pay agency fee, freight charges, tax & duties to us and we will distribute the goods to the customer's designated warehouse when customs clearance is done.

3. The goods will get into the bonded zone upon the arrival. We will declare the customs on specific amount of goods at a specific time out of bonded zone according to customer's instruction. Customer can pay the agency fee, tax & duty and other service charges to us after we receive the customs clearance instruction.
4. After customs clearance, we will distribute the goods to the customer's designated warehouse.
